Labor Temple Building

Grand Island native and local developer Tom Ziller has transformed the onetime Telephone Exchange building into 11 hip, downtown apartments. Of those eleven, four are on the garden level, four on the second floor, and three on the third floor. The one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments range in size from 600 to 1,100 square feet and range in rent from $600 to $1,100 per month.

The apartments feature granite counter tops, stackable washer/dryer units, 10' to 13' high ceilings, beautiful exposed brick walls, and lots of windows with natural light. Even the garden level, which is half above and half below grade, has 6' high windows.
