Project Overview

Grand Island entrepreneur and real estate developer, Ray O'Connor with O'Connor Enterprises, partnered with The Staenberg Group from St. Louis, MO to give new life to the former shopping center that formally housed K-Mart, now known as Park Island Square. 

Major renovations have finished on over 18,000 square feet that will be the new site for Home Goods, a home decor chain. The additional retail outlet is sandwiched between Planet Fitness and Fresh Thyme.

Home Goods opened May 2018 and continues to add to the retail flair Grand Island offers.
