Whether through professional achievements, entrepreneurial endeavors, or community involvement, each honoree represents the spirit of progress and collaboration that defines our region.
The hundreds of nominations we receive are a powerful reminder of the talent, dedication, and vision driving Grand Island forward. Together with our partners and community supporters, we’re proud to shine a spotlight on these remarkable young professionals—our city’s rising stars and future changemakers.
Know someone who deserves to be recognized among Grand Island’s best and brightest? The GIAEDC & Chamber of Commerce are seeking nominations for the 2026 Top 35 Under 35 Awards—celebrating exceptional young professionals who are shaping the future of our community.
Honorees are selected based on their professional accomplishments, leadership, community involvement, and personal achievements. To be considered, nominees must be between the ages of 21 and 35, and live or work in the Grand Island area.
Only employers who are current members of the GIAEDC & Chamber of Commerce are eligible to submit nominations.
The 35 outstanding young leaders selected will be recognized at our 2026 Annual Meeting in June.
Please note: Past honorees are not eligible to receive the award again, as this recognition is intended to highlight new and emerging leaders.
