Project Overview

Grand Island’s Copper Creek subdivision is well known throughout the State of Nebraska for being one of the first residential subdivisions to leverage Tax Increment Financing to offer affordable, attainable housing to Grand Island’s workforce. While entering into the third phase of development, The Guarantee Group, continues to diversify and grow in opportunity to Grand Island home buyers.

The Guarantee Group received a $1,000,000 loan at 0% interest for 24-months to construct two owner-occupied duplexes. A total of four units will be built. These funds were loaned in September 23, 2022 and due September 2024 or when the home sells, whichever comes first.
