Fegley, Heidelk, and O'Connor Join EDC Board

Brad Fegley

Brad is the President of the Lutz Grand island office and has 34 years of public accounting experience specializing in business succession planning, individual tax and income tax planning, estate tax planning, farm and ranch taxation, and community bank taxation. Additionally, he has extensive experience in commercial, 401(k) audits, and bank compliance exams.

Brad is a past member of the Grand Island Chamber of Commerce, Grand Island Education Foundation, Saint Francis Foundation, Peace Lutheran Church Foundation, and is a graduate of the Hall County Leadership Tomorrow program.

Brad begins his first 2-year board term starting in 2018.

Jerry Heidelk

Jerry has been the Chairman at Performance Plus Liquids for the past 23 years. Performance Plus Liquids is a manufacturer of animal supplements and nutritional support to beef producers in the Midwest. Jerry oversees local management teams in four locations. 

Jerry will fulfill the remaining year of Manny Medellin's board term starting in 2018.

 

Ray O'Connor

Ray is the Founder and CEO of O'Connor Enterprises which owns and manages over 1.3 million square feet of commercial real estate in the divisions of hospitality, office, retail and mixed-use shopping centers, and multi-family housing complexes throughout Central Nebraska.

O'Connor Enterprises actively supports the Grow Grand Island initiative and the growth at Fonner Park, while financially supporting many local non-profit agencies and the Central Community College Foundation.

Ray begins his first 2-year board term starting in 2018.
