Tom Dinsdale Automotive – 2nd Floor Conference Room
1709 W. Webb Road
(Please park on the south end of the building and enter through the main door)

Presented by: Mindy Rush-Chipman and Rosangela Godinez with Justice For Our Neighbors-Nebraska's (JFON-NE)

Mindy is the Managing Attorney for JFON-NBE and works to promote inclusion state-wide by offering immigration education and advocacy, as well as low-income immigration legal services. Rosangela provides immigration legal services for JFON-NE and provides support to rural communities in Nebraska including Lexington and Grand Island, where she facilitates community efforts to meet immigration legal needs.

Come learn about the different types of immigration statuses within our community, as well as the limited forms of immigration relief currently available to those who are not U.S. Citizens. Examples of the complexity of the U.S. immigration legal system will also be shared and immigration legal terms will be defined. This is an interactive workshop, with questions welcomed!

RSVPs (nickis@grand-island.com) are welcomed, but not necessary.
