Project Overview
Pinnacle Bank has a brand new downtown Grand Island branch. The branch has 3,000+ square feet on main floor; another 1,500+ square feet mezzanine. Giving a new face to this 100+ year old building that has been various restaurants and bars over the years. Most recently the building was vacant, in disrepair and in need of a face lift. The area has been renovated in recent years with new apartments, restaurants, brew pubs and boutiques to go along with long-standing businesses in the area. Pinnacle Bank wanted to help finish the block in step with the renovations that had taken place on 3rd Street, specifically between Sycamore and Pine.
Pinnacle Bank saw downtown as the perfect opportunity to be a part of the momentum in Railside, to support downtown and the community as a whole and to do something unique to differentiate itself in the market place.
This is a full-service bank branch that will create a destination experience with its open, comfortable, rustic, warehouse feel.
