Wastewater (Sewer)

For the use of the Sewer System, residential customers shall pay an amount computed of water consumed during the two winter quarters, and the lower of these two winter quarters shall be used in arriving at such charges. Commercial customers shall pay an amount computed upon the amount of water consumed during the billing period.

The service charged for Sewer contributions to customers and users, shall be billed regardless of the volume of sewer contributed. If more than one dwelling unit is serviced from a single water meter or single water source, a minimum charge will be made for each dwelling unit. In case of apartments and mobile courts, the minimum charge shall be computed on yearly average of dwelling units occupied.
